The fraternity leases rooms to non-members three times a year: during the spring, summer, and fall terms. The house prefers that applicants major in a science, but it is not required.
About the rooms:
- $380 per month for AXΣ members; $420 for non-members. Utilities are included.
- Air-conditioned/heated rooms.
- Fully complimented community bathroom (separate men/women rooms), living room, kitchen (along with personal fridge, cupboards, and pantry space).
- Private parking for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles for an additional fee.
- Free wireless and wired internet access.
- Standard cable for your own room.
